WHO CAN VOTE?
All registered students at the Munster Technological University shall be members of the Union and in accordance with A5 of the MTU Students’ Union Constitution, the following are their rights:
(i) To vote in Students’ Union elections and referenda (subject to eligibility in line with the provisions of this constitution and Schedule C) *.
(ii) To seek election at any level (subject to eligibility in line with the provisions of this constitution and Schedule C).
*In accordance with Schedule C of the MTU Students’ Union Constitution the following students can vote for the positions as listed in the groups below:
